Sylvester Kule, Institute Director, is an agro-ecologist, with over twenty years of leadership experience. Before BLI, he served as the former principal and associate director of Mbuye Farm School. He holds a master's of science in Agro-Ecology. Currently, he oversees the implementation of the BLI curriculum and runs the BLI Caretaker Formation Program. He is married with five children.
